Shipping Conditions

We are a family owned and operated business.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address the customer indicates, usually between 9 am and 7 pm.

Orders are usually shipped via CTT, except when they include beds that can be shipped by carriers due to their weight and large volume.

It is important to note that it is not possible to determine the delivery time window, since it is dependent on the carriers.

The indication of an incomplete or incorrect address may result in a return to MimikoPets, resulting in new shipping costs to the customer, so we suggest that you always confirm all data before finalizing the order. Once processed, it is not possible to make any changes to the order data.

 

Shipping Countries and Associated Costs

We currently ship to the following locations:

- Mainland Portugal and Islands - Fixed costs of 3 €, excluding beds, according to weight and shipping region.

- Other countries - According to weight (calculated after placing the products in the cart).

If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact us and we will find a solution.

In Portugal, we have collection points, where you can collect your order for free:

- At our GMSolutions headquarters, Avenida Magalhães Coutinho - Colinas do Cruzeiro Urbanization, 10A, 2675-654 Odivelas, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- Central Copies, Rua José Elias Garcia nº37A - Parede, Lisbon, Portugal, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm

The time required to make an order for shipping varies. For details, see the items individually.

Customs and Import Taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are unaware of delays due to customs.

Return and Exchange Policy

You have up to 10 days, from the moment you received the order at the address, to communicate in writing to info.mimikopets@gmail.com the intention of exchange or return, communicating the reason, attaching photographs of the product, being under approval status by the Mimikopets team. You should consult the conditions, since they are products that involve hygiene and care for the animal.

Please note that all products are made especially for the customer, after ordering, so we guarantee that the product is new and of quality.

Shipping costs are always borne by the customer, except when the error is from us *.

We just exchange:

- If we send the wrong product / different from what the customer ordered *;

- Bags and Aprons, clearly without evidence of use.

We do not exchange:

- Products with clear evidence of use;

- Personalized products, once the customer has ordered the product to your needs and it will always be confirmed through photographs with the customer if the product is in accordance with the desired;

- Beds and pillows, for hygiene reasons.
