SHIPPING AND CONDITIONS
Orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address indicated by the customer, generally between 9:00 and 19:00.
Orders are usually shipped via We Pick Up or registered CTT.
It is important to note that it is not possible to determine the delivery time window as it is dependent on the carriers.
The indication of an incomplete or incorrect address may lead to a return to MimikoPets, resulting in new shipping costs for the customer, so we suggest that you always confirm all data before finalizing the order. Once processed, it is not possible to make any changes to the order data.
Shipping Countries and Associated Costs
We currently ship to mon. local users:
- Mainland Portugal - 3€ shipping for all products.
- Portuguese Islands - Fixed shipping from €3 to 1kg; Postage from €10.5 between 1kg and 2kg; Shipping from €18.5 over 2kg.
- Other countries - According to weight (calculated after placing the products in the cart).
If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact us and we will find a solution.
In Portugal, we have pick-up points where you can pick up your order for free:
- At our GMSolutions headquarters, Rua Centro Comunitário Paroquial, Loja 1A, Casal das Comendadeiras 1685-244 Famões, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Copies Center, Rua Latino Coelho 64A, 2775-208 Parede , Lisbon, Portugal, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm
The time required to place an order for shipment varies. For details, see the items individually.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are oblivious to delays due to customs.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have up to 10 days, from the moment you receive the order at the address, to communicate in writing to email@example.com the intention of exchange or return, stating the reason, attaching photos of the product, being under approval status by the Mimikopets team. You should check the conditions, since these are products that involve hygiene and care for the animal.
Please note that all products are made especially for the customer, after ordering, so we guarantee that the product is new and of quality.
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer, except when the error is on our part*.
We just exchange:
- If we ship the wrong/different product from what the customer ordered*;
- Bags and aprons, clearly without evidence of use.
We do not exchange:
- Products with clear evidence of use;
- Customized products, once the customer has ordered a custom-made product and it will always be confirmed through photographs with the customer if the product is as desired;
- Beds and pillows for hygiene reasons.
The above applies only to products purchased directly from Mimikopets, through a website or social networks, so products purchased from partners must be dealt with directly with them.
